Common questions about plans and billing

Is there a minimum contract term?
No. TraidScale is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. We don't lock you in because we want to earn your business through results, not contracts.
What counts as a "call handling"?
A call handling is counted each time TraidScale answers a missed call and completes the qualification flow. Missed calls that hang up before completing qualification are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your limit and discuss whether to upgrade for the remainder of the month or move to a higher plan. We never cut calls without warning.
Is setup included in the monthly fee?
Yes. Script setup, call forwarding configuration, and initial onboarding are included at no extra cost on all plans. There are no one-off setup fees.
Can I switch plans as my business grows?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
